For those of you who have met me on the range or know me personally, you know exactly who I am, what I do, and where I want to be.
For those of you who don’t know, I am a young writer passionate about the outdoors. I grew up in an outdoors family, but did not start shooting until I was in the eighth grade and did not start hunting until I was sixteen. Since then, I have devoted myself to the shooting sports, volunteering as secretary at my local club, coaching new shooters, and using writing and photography to educate others about the shooting and hunting sports. I have earned my master classification in high power service rifle and am in pursuit of the NRA High Master Classification. In 2019, I earned my Distinguished Rifleman’s Badge. I also enjoy hunting, mostly in Ohio, my home state.
In 2020, I started into Palma and joined the U.S. Young Eagles Developmental Team. I also graduated from Case Western Reserve University in May 2020 (in 3 years – a year early), and earned their top marketing award. I am pursuing a full-time career in the outdoor industry.
I am especially interested in introducing “juniors” (in the shooting world, kids up to age 20 or 21) as well as women to high power service rifle and to hunting.
On my Facebook page and on my Instagram, I post pictures and other information documenting my shooting journey as well as articles I have written. I sometimes include content from other pages I feel compelled to share.
If you have any questions or suggestions for content you would like to see, please let me know!
